Andrea Bermeo is a Project and Operations leader specializing in beauty packaging development and end-to-end product execution. With over a decade of experience, she has supported the development of skincare and color cosmetic products from concept through first production, working closely with founders, suppliers, and manufacturers to bring ideas to life in a thoughtful and efficient way.

Known for her organized and hands-on approach, Andrea focuses on keeping projects moving—building clear timelines, staying closely connected with stakeholders, and ensuring every detail is accounted for along the way. She has managed a high volume of concurrent projects, helping both emerging and established brands navigate the complexities of packaging development, sourcing, and production with clarity and confidence.

Jessica Nguyen

Jessica Nguyen is a third year student at the University of Southern California studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Communication Design.

She serves as Director of Communications for USC’s Business Cosmetics Club, where she manages campaigns, internal messaging, and outreach to leading beauty industry professionals. Additionally, she served as a Project Manager with Avenues Consulting Group, where she led teams that worked with nonprofits focused on youth causes and education.
